This one happened on a bridge over the Lucky Peak reservior last summer when the water was low. The crane was being used to lower materials over the side of the bridge, and the operator didn't have the outriggers set. Amazingly nobody was killed. The operator jumped out as the crane started to tip. One man was pinned between the crane and the guard rail as the machine fell over, but managed to stay on the bridge. The men on the ground below the crane jumped clear before it hit.
