Liability is a major, problem,, if you fall break your ankle, on someone property,, Those owners are liable.. so as a land owwner, you must think a little bit,, as some one else could own your land, you cover there medical, there "off" time from work, etc,, i had some kids wanting to run there 4 wheeles on my property,, i said yes,, sure as shit, i turn around, and one wiped out, flipping their quad runner,,, i nearly gasped for air,,, so no longer are they allowed to run,,, just be carefull, there are way too many BAD guys out there looking for a freee ride, or retirement,,, jc
