You might get a bill of sale and a letter from the current owner of the property stating that the truck has been sitting there for x number of years and the name of the former deceased owner and then go to Washington state to try to get a lost title search done. They should be able to issue a new title for the truck if you have enough documentation from the current owner of the land.
