Been trying to get the door alignment right on my WC. Got the Passenger side aligned correctly but been working on and off on the drivers side in my spare time the past few days and couldn't get it right. Bottom was okay but the top front corner was close and the door drug when closing. Basically the latch and plastic shim on the bottom lifted it into position. I had that thing on and off over 100 times and was getting REAL frustrated. Finally I was looking at it, thinking to my self that it was like the cab was tweaked(lightbulb FINALLY went off) Put a Porta Power on the lower bottom corner on a 45 deggree angle up to the front top corner. Did it a few times as I didn't want to overdo it and low and behold it's perfect now. Don't be an idiot like me and assume your cab isn't the problem. It all makes perfect sense now but sometimes you gotta step back and go from a different angle. Hope this saves someone the frustration that I was going through.
