E Brake and t case shifter mounting

I was stupoid and took two trucks apart and now have the problem of trying to put the transfer case shift lever and e brake handle back together on my '42 WC 1/2 ton. It appears that there needs to be a spacer between the e-brake handle and the t case handle but alas, I can't find the spacer that must have come out with everything. Does anyone happen to have an exploded view of this so I can either make the spacer or at least know what it is I am looking for?
