I learned how to drive on a '56 IHC S-130 truck. Basically what you have there is a super heavy duty 1 ton or a light 1 1/2 ton. These are very strong awesome trucks. Just FYI, This truck is part of the line of the IHC trucks from 1950-the first have of 1957. They made the L-Series from 50-53 the R,(like you have from 54-55 and the S from 56 and first have of '57. The L. R, and S trucks have alot of interchangeable parts, the main difference is front sheet metal. Good luck with your new toy there. Thanks for sharing.
