VIN number help

I know it's not a Power Wagon (I do own 3. '61WM and a '75 and '79 W200s)but I would like to decode this VIN from my 1070 Dodge CNT900. MOA2J34417 I send this to Kyle and haven't heard from him so maybe he's stumped. I purchased the truck in Canada, and all the accesories (lights, mud flaps, etc) are all marked "Made in Canada". Any help would be appreciated, as I would like to know where the truck was made.
