Tell Rhino to get lost. I had the running boards on my Bumblebee and my Carryall shot with Line-X, will also have the M-37 done at the proper time. The cost both times was $55.00. I asked before taking the first one up (Bumblebee) about paint. They said just shoot primer and we are going to scuff that up good for adhesion. When I have my running boards shot, I only do the Walk/Tread area. This area is only about the door width. It starts under the door (when open) and runs past the door. Only the area where my feet will scuff plus a few inches is shot. The running boards are shot full depth amd over the edge. My Bumblebee was completed in 2002. The Painted area of the Running Boards are almost like new, I only walk on the Line-X area.

I did not want any type of paint on the walk area. Just a few entires in to the cab and the running board is scuffed, a few more and you have bare metal showing, especially if you have gravel stuck in the tread of your boots.

Line-X only charged me $375 for the entire PW Bed, over the rails and tailgate.
