It'll be good for somebody, especially for a work truck to haul wood or bark or small amounts of rock and then unload the easy way. It's nice to have a wood truck you can drive right into wherever you're cutting. You don't see too many old small dump beds that would work on an M37. Before I got my M37 I saw a Model A dump truck that was real cheap because the only thing good about it was the dump bed and mechanism.
