I need some input on a few things. I have a ffpw that needed some rust repair on the floor board behind the seat and some of the structual cab steel was split and broken. Also the cab must have been put together on a friday because the cab and door lines where off quit a bit, could not line them up with door adjustment. I decided to take the cab skin off to do these repairs. Skin came off real well but messed up the top metal on the seam. Has any body ever had to make a new seam? Should I fill the seam and then tack weld metal strip on top of seam or? Also those of you that have put power steering on your trucks do you run a 1/2 inch belt or 5/8 inch? Are all your pulley's 1/2 or 5/8 inch? Can I get a double pulley for my crank pulley? Can anyone post a picture of the front of one with power steering and 1 wire alternator? Also I need drip edges for the doors? Anybody have those or have any of you guys made them? How?
