WM 300 Loose front end tech. question?

My '66 Wm 300 has a loose front end when you drive it. Both front tires seem to wiggle when driving. I can put both my hands on top of either front tire and pull and push back and forth. Seems to be alot of play. Whats wrong? Any help would be appreciated. It is not the ball joints or tie rod ends . thanks Gary
