I have all the parts but no floor. the bed sides have some rust but no dents to speak of the tailgate has a support frame around and has little to no dents. asking 300. I also have diamond plate steel the right width an lenght for this bed 'NEW' for 325. all this stuff isin wall nj. call848-459-4449
