I have never had any luck, but I know guys that swear by nothing but the leather ones.
I think I got unlucky to get a batch that might have had a mold or something sealed up with them, as they were greenish and rotted "feeling".
In fact, if memory serves me correctly, I think I remember a tread on this subject where as the mold thing is possible and could cause the leather to deteriorate in the packaging.
lets face it: Leather IS organic.
