The e-bay listing has been cancelled, so we need to know what type Power Wagon you are looking at. If you are considering a WDX to WM300 type (flat fender) Power Wagon, installing duals is very easy. First, you need the proper wheels with offsets that allow them to be dualled up without the tires touching each other under loaded conditions. Other than that, you can get the necessary hardware at nearly any truck stop.

Parts you need will consist of hollow studs that go onto the original wheel studs, followed by larger ID lug nuts that go over the hollow studs. The inside dual wheel goes on the original stud, held on by the hollow stud, followed by the outer dual wheel, held on by the larger ID lug nut. Pretty simple to do.

You will most likely need to buy a Budd wheel wrench from the same truck stop to tighten the hollow studs and large ID lug nuts. Also be aware that most, if not all, WDX to WM300 style Power Wagons have left hand and right hand threads on the wheel studs from the factory. You can usually look at the ends of the factory wheel studs to find an "L" or "R" stamped on them.
