The are basicly a 1/2 ton panel body with clamshell rear doors, and windows cut in like a 4wd Carryall.
There are other changes from a standard 1/2 ton panel, like bumperettes instead of a rear bumper, etc, but for the most part it is just a Carryall modified panel body.
There are two batches, one with stainless trim, and one with blackout trim.
I think the WC-48 is the one with the blackout trim.
