I should think... yes. I have the tranny in my '54 M-37 that fits, what I don't know is: how different, if at all, is the M-37 tranny from a 63 WM300? There are just the four bolt holes, pretty small pattern too, that go right onto my bellhousing.
I sure hope someone else (that knows something more than me! Which is... anyone...) pipes in here.
