I also rode a hover craft out of the west dock area. Just happened alond and the guy gave me a 1/2 ride. We we doing 100MPH over the ice. It was a lot safer than riding with a buddy of mine. He traveled the ice road a 100MPH in a Suburban. He did until he came across a split in the ice with a 2+ foot vertical displacement. Lucky for him he went from high side to low side. The other way he would have been killed. He never went over 40MPH after that.
