How long did it take you to go through the puddle???? Sounfs like gallons of water went in there.
I would think that you should be able drive in the rain or though a puddle without this problem.
Can it be just a coincidence that this problem happened after you went through the puddle and it realy is another problem that blew the engine???
I am not familiar with the set up on a 2006.
Sounds like a bad place for air intake.
Could the engine be bad from the factory??
Are they covering it unfer the warrenty??
