Bought one from a local dealer this winter, it's the 9.5K...for my 4runner. Never been a fan of electric winches esp. on full-size rigs. But I guess it depends on how much you use it.
Mile Marker makes the hydraulic winches, little more money and installation hassle though.
Have the stock pto winch on my '69 W200 and I like it lots.
