If you follow the link from the ignition switch in the PIF diagrams, its shows they go to gauges, then to ground.
The ampmeter is shown
Depending if your truck is positive or negative ground, a hot with goes to the appropriate terminal on each gauge and ground wire to each sending unit.
The light switch is also shown with appropriate terminal wires to all lighting
