It's possible to wire 2 6volt batteries to produce 12 volts. So it should be possible to wire 3 12volt batteries to produce 36 volts. I think the 2 6volt system is Batt. 1 Pos. to Batt. 2 Neg. and Batt. 1 Neg. to Batt. 2 Pos. No guarantees.
