Eldebrock Thunder Series Off Road carb. (550 cfm is the best size for the 318 stock, with a cam you can get away with 600 cfm, most Holleys and others seem to be at the 650 level which requires a bit of jetting to get just right). The Thunder Series Off-Road works very well in off camber, hill climbing , etc.
Unfortunately the Wieand intake shown here has been rumored to be discontinued, but it is only a rumor, Scott R, picture shown here, just purchased this so there may still be intake manifolds out there availabe. As a footnote your Poly with the 2bbl has 200 HP, the same motor with only a carb change is rated at 260 HP! With headers and a RV type cam you will get the perfect bottom end power band for a Power Wagon, and close to 320 HP.
