There is a military one, that has several collars for different size columns. I have one that I have shipped to various folks to help them get it off. (their wheel that is) Its like a massive c-clamp with a forked end that fits around the column and fetches up against the back of the wheel. The screw tightens up against the end of the colunm and when its tight you give the head of the puller screw a sharp tap with a hammer and you have a steering wheel in your lap.
