would be to trade your NV-4500HD for a standard duty NV-4500. Now you have the 23 spline output that will match the 23 spline input of the Dodge NP-205. Then you will need to change the input shaft on the NV-4500 standard duty to a 1.250" x 10 spline. These input shafts and the larger bearing retainer are available from Advance Adapters for a total of $160 less shipping. Swapping the input shaft is a 45 minute job.
I just converted a NV-4500 Standard Duty to the NV-4500 HD in this method. The only difference in the NV-4500 and NV-4500HD is the input shaft 1.125" x 10 spline or 1.250" x 10 spline and the output shaft 23 or 29 spline.

Or work a swap on the NP-205 T case you have for a 1989-1993 NP-205 as behind the Getrag CTD.
