Howard, there was a small run of GMC that were 4x4 like the Chevy. They were the Timken split axle type, they had the CCKW 352 short steel cargo bed and a slightly longer wheel base. The run was only about 24 vehicles that were sent to England in early '41. Only one is know to survive, it's in a collecter's hands in Europe. I've got some pics of it around somewhere ?
Stop by when you get a chance, I've carried home some more WW2 GM iron.
