I agree, he had possesion, then accually fumbled it, and it went out of bounds, tx ball... interception, that's why he was scrambling to get it,,, but the he was down. as i think in college, the ground cant cause a fumble,, and they made up for it with the knee, down... BAD officiating this year for the bowl games accross the board,, i won $5000,, who lost $500?
