OT. Maple Sugar Fudge

Today I had a taste of homemade Maple Syrup Fudge straight from the Ottawa Valley. Now I understand why all you Easterners are so crazy about your Maple Sugar. I just might have to go looking for a French Canadian lady whose family happens to be in the Maple Syrup business. I think it has been said before that Power Wagons and Maple Syrup go together for some strange reason. Go Figure.
