Well, a guarded Yes. The package lists it for outdoor use. It some sort of man made cloth. It has gromet holes in the edges for tie down.
My only complaint for my use, protect in the shop, is that the fabric is very porous. When Welding, Cutting, Grinding, the dust settles on the cover and sifts through it. So now I just blow the top off each day when finished working int he shop.
