Well, I've just about given up hope on finding a 1941 WC panel truck, so Ill set my sights on my next favorite truck, the 1942-1945 WC56-57-58 command car.

Of course if some reader see this and own that elusive panle, please respond!

Looking for a restored truck, or at least one thats running well and semi restored for a decent price. Decent sheetmetal a must. Can do the little stuff but would prefer a runner, not another project at this time.

I have been considering selling or
trading my well restored 1942 GPW with proffesionally built custom hauling trailer.

The reason I mention this is that being in the hobby for so long, I see guys upscalling and downscaling all
the time, meaning trading in a larger rig for a smaller rig, like a jeep, and visa versa... I have
done this myself over the years.

Maybe with any luck I can find someone looking to sell their CC car in favor of a smaller WW 2 rig, like the jeep.

if so, maybe we can come to some sort of trade with
some cash on my part if need be.

In any case, thought I would pose the question.

My jeep is SWEET, all restored by a previuos owner
with a rebuilt motor with less than 300 miles on it
according to him. all new everything...I myself have
put little mialage on it since owning. The rest is
nice, clean and tight. lots of "F" marks all over, 5
combat rims and new tires, etc

In addition, the jeep will come with a BC1000 radio
monted on the rear inside fender well, MP48 antenna
with mount and complete antenna sections. Also a
leather garand rifle holder, etc.

basically a turn key, ready to drive jeep needing nothing

I will be asking in the neighborhood of 15.5K with the
trailer, 14.0K without. Its a nice ride.

any interest out there?
