I agree on "unrestored" because it is cetainly not restored to original specs. I dont recall Baby Poo Brown being an optional fender running board color.

The engine compartment looks red, it is missing the tailgate, rear bumper is built, and the air cleaner? Door panels?

When I think of unrestored original, I think of a Wilbur.
