Fairlead question

I used the winch on my 1950 to haul some logs on the farm today. It really stresses the cable and gouges the bumperettes to pull at any angle other than straight ahead.

Has anyone seen or made a four-way fairlead that will mount to the front of the WDX-WM300 Power Wagon using existing bolt holes? I am very interested in having one made for my WM300. Any takers?
