When we lived in colorado I used to keep as much gas inn my tank as possible and I kept a bag of sand in the trunk. ( actualy classbeads) In my van I kept my tank as full as i could and kept a couple of long parking barrierrs. They are the cement triangles that you find in parkinglots. I never had problems with traction living in the Denver erea. Steve
