Ron, I think you have been too lenient with him. Now may be the time to toughen him up. Let him know that you are not going to put up with his all-work and no-play ways. Tell him that after he recovers you expect him to take more time off of work and spend it with you, traveling to all of the POWER-WAGON rallies! We're talking priorities here.
