Hi Paul,
When I was 17 I was in a car accident and was unconsious for a bit with a bleeding head wound. All of the blood dripped down onto a new pair of jeans. At the Emergency Room my Mother commented to a Nurse what a shame to have to throw away a pair of new jeans. The Nurse told her to use hydrogen peroxide on them. She did and you could not tell there was ever any blood on them. It did not fade them or bleach them out etc. I would try a small spot first.
