Like Paul said, but, they can produce the whole thing, typicly when this is done, they make the wheol thing from one sheet, pull the outside (your stencil) off and put a layer of wide masking over the letters, so when you apply them, they are all stright, you peel off the backing, center up, push on, then pull off the masking, wa-la, everything looks perfect. Now, if you want to paint, do the same, just tell them you want the outside or outline of the letters, they can do this the same way. (works good, I do it all the time) now you have a perfect outline of each letter, right where it go's, shoot your paint, remove stencil, and wa-la.
