Try your local "power transmission products" and bearing supply. You'll need to neatly cut the old one off of the drive shaft, through the weld- use a lathe. The end has a stub that fits tightly into the tube, so the tube must be in good shape to keep everything straight. Use 2 straight edges/rulers through the u-joint holes to get them clocked exactly parallel, then tap the end into the tube. Then neatly weld the new one on. You can then dynamically balance it by trial and error after installation. Jack up the axle, run it up in high gear, use a worm drive hose clamp as a temporay weight, move it around til you find the sweet spot, then replace the clamp with a couple of washers, tacked on. I learned drive line rebuilding during an internship in a city truck shop when I was in high school. You'd be surprised how often a trash truck will twist a driveline into a knot when it's in a pot hole. I've done a handful in the succeding 35 years, they turned out better than the old one so far as vibes.
