Where are you? Here in Wallace (2800') it hasn't even quite gotten below zero at night yet, but it also hasn't gotten much above +10 during the day lately.

Thinking about the diesel, now I'm wishing I'd put gas in my deuce instead of diesel during that last snow storm. I had driven it over to my cabin in deep snow, and out the bottom after it snowed another foot and I couldn't get back over the hill, and all that was with fuel that consisted of 10 gallons of gasoline, 5 gallons of used motor oil, and 10 gallons of old furnace oil. It started and ran fine, even after sitting overnight in the cold, but after the "adventure" of getting out (4 hours to go 10 miles) I figured it was time to give it some real diesel even though diesel was $.70/gallon more than gas. It doesn't usually start as well in cold weather on gasoline, but perhaps a 50/50 mix would save money, let it start easy, and avoid gelling.
