PTO interchange, Power Wagon to M-37?

Well I have posted this question on 2 M series specific forums and received no response. Will a PTO from an NP-420 Power Wagon be a direct interchange to an M-37? I realise it will bolt on and the gears will mesh, the main question is if the control lever mounting is the same. I am suprised at the lack of response, this seems like a pretty basic question.
