Very nice to hear and glad he's back at it.
Had similar story I'll share. My neighbor, who worked as a mechanic for years at the areas largest trash collection hauler, had some lower back issues/problems and finally was told to medically retire by his doctor or risk permanant injury. Very hard worker and all around nice guy too. Finally went to the hearing to get his benefits and he was there and his Companys representive was there on the other side. When the judge had heard my neighbors Doctor and his side of the situation he told the Trash companies lawyer to present his case and my neighbor said he cringed. The lawyer stood up and told the judge that his client requested that the judgement be granted in FAVOR of my neighbor because he was one of the best employees they ever had and they knew if he was able he'd still be on the job. I imagine that doesn't happen very much at all and you could see the pride on my neighbors face when he told me that and that they stood behind him.
