DC or someone on transmissions

Yesterday at our favorite salvage/scrap yard, I found a good size trans. It has dual pto ports and is a 5 speed. Can anyone id this with these 2 numbers C-38802 or C39011? It is a NP trans. It appear to have the same type yoke that our Power Wagons have. On the gear shift it has a rubber piece that has the numbers 1-5 and r for reverse. That's what caught my eye. It has a park brake on the rear of it.
