Ok you are on. I will try and build mine equal or lighter than yours . I am building my running boards to provide side crash protection . Front and rear bumpers have to be strong enough to jack on. So 3/16 plate is pretty much a given . My axles will weigh more than yours . My floor will be lighter (pick up box floor ) but I may run a doubler which will add 200 lbs over yours. This is going to be tough to keep the weight down.
What to use for suspension should be interesting.
