130hp@2500 rpm is exactly 273 ft-lb of torque. Most diesels have a "torque rise" of between 12 and 30%. 15-18% is average. Even 30% only gets up to 355. It must be some kind of error.
Speaking of used motors: I drove my 48 B1PW into the garage to swap out the NP540 for a SM420 since it's going to a off-the-roadnet village and won't ever need to exceed 45 mph. I noticed no oil pressure. I checked the oil, OK. Opened the line to the full-flow filter, no oil. I think the oil pump died! Motor sounds OK. I guess I'll drop the pan, I suspect the oil pump died. This sort of thing comes with used motors.
