A W300 that you are "building up stronger"? How can you even think of an electric winch? Electric winches are 5-10% efficient, the rest is heat. Try dragging the truck one cable length though mud. The motor will be smelly smoke.
In you application the only Warn winch I'd want would be one of their industrial/military hydraulic winches, which they do make, rated at 6, 9 and 12K lbs. You could put a hydraulic pump on your PTO. All NP205s have PTO ports on them. but I'd advise putting your PTO on your NP435 since if it goes on the PTO, you will turning only about 100 rpm at idle in 1st gear, which is the gear you'll be in trying to get unstuck. If the PTO is on the transmission, it will be turning about 6-700 rpm, since it runs off the transmission countershaft, which turns a similar speed (not exactly the same) to the input shaft, regardless of which gear you're in.
If you have a PTO winch, keep it!
