I will not bother you with the long version as to how I arrived at
the following insite.

As one other respondent has indicated baring any of the obvious:
wheel bearings, king pins/knuckle bearings, badly bent rim.

you need to locate a front end shop that has the capacity
to BALANCE YOUR WHEELS ON THE VEHICLE this will balance
all the components: tire, tube, liner, rim, hub, wheel nuts,
in sort everything that is revolving.

Having done this i.e. learned the lession as to what this
balancing does in terms of drivability, you will then want
to have it done on your other vehicles, particularily
the ones you drive at high speed.

Trust me on this one!! and you will never instal one of
those shock absorbers for the front end that only temporarily
solve the problem.

p.s. Finding a shop that has the eq. to do the balance
can be a bit of an exercise, say like finding a NOS
interior mirror for your 46 Dodge truck
