If it is bothering you then block the chassis off the ground at four points (I'd suggest just behind the front spring rear mounts and the rear spring front ones) and just measure it. Had to do this on my 1/2 ton hard cab where the front bumper was drooping, and it turned out that the front LH frame horn was turned down 3/4" in front of the front hanger - will straighten no problem.
For 1/2" though I'd be suspecting springs, shackles, and pins first.
