As miles add up, the front knuckles become loose causing the truck to shake and wobble usually at slower speeds than those you mentioned. This requires adjustment of the knuckle's upper bronze bearing. After trying Ray's suggestion, if the problem is still there, do the following:

1. Jack the tire off the ground;
2. Grab the top and bottom of the tire and try rocking the tire up and down vetically (top to bottom);
3. If you feel play, tighten up your wheel bearing, and try again;
4. If you still feel play, the knuckle bearing needs adjustment.

To adjust it, do the following:

1. Take your wheel and tie rod off;
2. Take the knuckle seal off;
3. In turning the knuckle back and forth, if you feel greater play in the center position, then the bottom cup will need replacing requiring complete disassembly of the knuckle. If not;
4. Take the upper cap off, and remove the thinnest shim, and retighten the cap;
5. Using a torque wrench set at 25 foot lbs, try and move the knuckle. You have to adjust the bearing for 25 foot lbs of drag. This may require several attempts, switching shims in and out. If you still can't get the correct adjustment, you may need to buy a knuckle repair kit to get a geater number of shims to work with (gasket, shims, seals).
