I have installed a Chrysler 265 IND in my US M37. I did this in 1968 before I even knew there was a chance of existing parts for the conversion from Canada. Basically, I added 2" tabs to the 230 motor mount plate and redrilled the mount bolt holes 2" farther back. Then I removed the fan spacer and found two 1/4" spacers to move the fan blade far enough forward to clear the crank pulley. The remaining step is to clearance the fan shroud around the crank pulley and lower portion of the fan belt. (about an inch of triming on the bottom of the shroud.) The exhaust moves forward about an inch and is easily accomidated. All else is the same. I did not have to remount my radiator or anything else (if you have the brackets that mount the radiator to the engine as an assembly, remove those.) Bob
