As a point of fact, you are looking for the spotlight assembly for the V41 telephone/repair and M201 contact repair trucks. These are built on a stretched M37 chassis.
It would make a nice useful addition to an M37 though. The spotlight itself looks like a standard commercial model, sans chrome. The mount itself appears to be nothing more than a couple of pipes in a T arrangement welded to a flat plate base. I too would like one of these assemblies or at least precise measurements. I would like to weld a few up.
