Mine came off a P-30 Step Van Chev/GM, It is what Cummins refers to as Option TB9084. Low mount, rear exhaust.
Exhaust Manifold # 3912600
Turbine outlet is 219.0mm above crankshaft center line and 472.7 mm from FFOB (front Face of Block).

Info on the High Mount rear exhaust;
Turbocharger High Mount, Exhaust to Rear
Option TB9115
Manifold # 3901635
Turbine outlet is 363.0mm from FFOB
and 612.0mm above the centerline of the crankshaft and 154.0mm out from the centerline of the engine
It also appears that different turbos are used for these options and others.
