At the VPW rally in 2003 I drove a WC-51 in the parade that had no brakes(just had hand brake) ,and had not been on the road in more then 20 years ,without any problems .But it takes a special person to do that. I even had a passenger for the ride back to the fair grounds. LOTS OF FUN GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO TALK ABOUT. Good LUCK!!
